GetAds Partner Program Terms
These Partner Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the GetAds Partner Program operated by GetAds and apply to all affiliates, referral partners, creators, agencies, and promoters participating in the program available through GetAds Partners.
By participating in the Partner Program, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the GetAds Partner Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete account information
- Maintain an active and valid payout method through Wise
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising platform policies
GetAds reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any partner account at its sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Approved partners are eligible to earn a 15% recurring commission on qualifying referral charges for the lifetime of the referred client account.
Commissions apply only to successful payments collected by GetAds from eligible referred customers.
Recurring commissions continue only while:
- The referred customer remains an active paying client
- Payments are successfully processed and not refunded, disputed, or reversed
- The partner account remains in good standing
GetAds reserves the right to modify commission structures or incentive programs at any time.
3. Attribution & Referral Tracking
Referral tracking is handled through the GetAds Partner platform using cookies and attribution tracking systems.
A referral will only qualify if:
- The referred customer uses the partner’s unique referral link
- Tracking data is successfully recorded
- The referral is not attributed to another partner or marketing source
Referral attribution windows, cookie durations, and tracking logic may be updated periodically at GetAds’ discretion.
4. Payout Terms
Partner payouts are issued on a Net 45 basis and are paid exclusively through Wise.
Commissions are only eligible for payout after:
- The referred customer payment has successfully cleared
- Any fraud review or payment verification has been completed
- The applicable holding period has passed
GetAds may withhold, delay, adjust, or cancel commissions associated with:
- Refunded transactions
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Fraudulent activity
- Policy violations
- Suspicious or invalid referrals
If a referred customer receives a refund, reversal, or chargeback, associated commissions may be revoked even if previously reflected in the partner dashboard.
Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout information. GetAds is not responsible for failed payouts caused by incorrect account details.
5. Prohibited Activities
Partners may not:
- Refer themselves using their own affiliate link
- Purchase GetAds services through their own referral link
- Create duplicate accounts or fraudulent referrals
- Misrepresent GetAds services, pricing, guarantees, or capabilities
- Use deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices
- Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages
- Impersonate GetAds or present themselves as employees of the company
- Bid on GetAds branded search terms or domains in a misleading manner
- Use coupon, cashback, incentive, or rebate schemes without written approval
- Engage in any activity intended to manipulate tracking or commission attribution
Any attempt to abuse the Partner Program may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination
- Cancellation of unpaid commissions
- Reversal of previous payouts where legally permissible
- Removal from the program permanently
- Potential legal action where applicable
6. Account Suspension & Termination
GetAds reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the company, platform, customers, or brand.
Upon termination:
- Outstanding unpaid commissions may be forfeited
- Referral links may be disabled immediately
- Access to the Partner Program platform may be revoked
Termination does not limit any other legal remedies available to GetAds.
7. Taxes
Partners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes associated with commissions earned through the Partner Program.
GetAds does not provide tax advice and may request tax documentation where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
GetAds makes no guarantees regarding earnings, referral conversions, or financial performance from participation in the Partner Program.
The Partner Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the program.
9. Modifications
GetAds reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the Partner Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Partner Program Terms and the main Terms & Conditions, GetAds reserves the right to determine the controlling interpretation.
